Christchurch Boat Club Ltd runs on memberships levels, we offer Bronze, Silver and Gold.
(Gold level not available for 2025 season at present)
The membership level applies to the size vessels you can use, this means that you have the choice of membership level that suits your needs. Within the membership level you will be able to choose the vessel you would like to book for your session.
We limit the amount of members per vessel to 5, this is to ensure that all members get the most time out on the water as possible.
Payment is by an annual fee due on the 1st April each year, this then allows use when the harbour is open. Christchurch harbour is formed by the River Stour and River Avon with access to Christchurch Bay via 'The Run', the channel markers are in place from April until end of October after which there are limited markers during the winter months. 'The Run' opening times are operated by the Christchurch Harbour Association (and change year on year), therefore we are governed by this.
Once you have joined Christchurch Boat Club Ltd you will have the choice of booking 2 weekday sessions (whole day) along with 1 weekend day session (whole day). If you have a special occasion ( family coming down ) and would like to book a long range weekend session in we can do this through the office. Once you have used your session, you are then able to book a further session. This avoids block bookings, which we believe is the best way for people to maximise their time out on the water. There is no maximum usage.
Sessions must be booked with a minimum of 24hr notice (if the session is still available) via the Speedy Dock App.
(We will try and accommodate <24hrs notice if able)
