Christchurch Boat Club Ltd is a club for members. Once you are a member, you can book a session to use the vessels within your membership level.
You will get to use our boats like they are your own. Once you have carried out our induction with our fully trained staff we will set up an account on our Speedy Dock app where you are then free to book sessions at your leisure.
We aim to take all the stress out of boating!
Our aim is that you arrive for the day, use the boat as if it's your own, and then once finished wash the boat down and re-fuel, we take care of the rest.
We only allow 5 members per boat, so if there are 2 boats in your membership level there will be 10 members in total. You choose the vessel of your choice within this membership level for your session.
Once you have booked your day out the boat will be launched at Bailey Bridge Marina where you can walk from the dock straight onto your vessel, the boat will be clean and full of fuel. Once you are back, tie up at the dock and using the provided washing equipment, wash the boat down and refill the fuel to full, ready for the next session.
To be a member at Christchurch Boat Club Ltd, you will need to be over the age of 25 years old, hold a RYA level 2 power boat license and be a United Kingdom resident.
If you do not have a RYA level 2 power boat licence then Baily Bridge Marina is a RYA school, where you can carry out your power boat level 2 licence on their rib or using the boat club boats.
All of our boats are in warranty for piece of mind, maintained to a high standard, and are coded to Cat 5 (up to 20 nautical miles from Christchurch harbour entrance) or Cat 6 (up to 3 nautical miles from Christchurch harbour entrance). This is depended on boat option.
